Rovik urges LTTE victims to sue Oslo

Colombo, 22 April, (Asiantribune.com): Falk Rovik founder of Norwegians Against Terrorism (NAT) on Friday urged Sri Lankan victims of the LTTE to sue the Oslo Government. He cited the example of the Lockerbie air disaster victims who successfully sued the Libyan Government for having funded the group that blew up the airliner.
According to Mr. Rovik ample evidence was available for LTTE victims to bring a class action suit against Norway, which has provided funds to the Tigers knowing fully the numerous atrocities and terrorist acts they carried out against Sinhala, Tamil and Muslim civilians in Sri Lanka.
Rovik is a strong advocate of terrorism victims seeking compensation from countries supporting and funding terrorism. He maintains close links with the Australia-based organizations World Alliance for Peace in Sri Lanka (WAPS) and SPUR (Society for Peace, Unity and Human Rights in Sri Lanka).
Mr. Rovik was delivering the keynote address at a seminar on Norwegian Support for LTTE terrorism at the Mahaweli Centre auditorium, Colombo, yesterday. WAPS, Sansadaya and NAT organized the seminar. The auditorium was packed to capacity and late comers had to be accommodated on another floor of the building and provided with an audio visual facility to follow the proceedings. The audience included JVP leader Somawansa Amarasinghe and Parliamentarian Wimal Weerawansa.
The panelists were Dr. Susantha Goonatilake and S.L. Gunasekera. Moderator was Manohara de Silva.
Calling Erik Solheim the LTTE's `extended arm,' Rovik said that it was the Tigers who turned Solheim – `a political nobody' – into a `world renowned peace facilitator.' From day one of the Norwegian involvement he had never paid any attention to non-LTTE Tamils and others opposed to the Tigers.
At an informal gathering prior to the day before the seminar Rovik said that `peace making' had become an industry for Norway. Her reactions to yesterday's seminar clearly exposed contradictions within Oslo's ruling circles over NAT. They call it a mere one-man show but yet panicked over the meeting and tried its best to prevent. It had even allegedly circulated messages accusing Rovik of being a criminal and a mentally unsound person.
Responding to questions Rovik flatly denied that NAT is a one-man show and said that names of other members could not be revealed for security reasons.
Rovik has been in the forefront of exposing Norway's duplicity in indirectly sponsoring terrorism in Sri Lanka while pretending to douse the very flames she has helped to ignite. He stressed that if Oslo dared to take legal action against him he would produce in Norwegian Courts all evidence of how the government there bought equipment for the LTTE at the expense of the Norwegian taxpayer.
These included the gift of six tons of high powered dual use communications equipment to the LTTE in 2002 (that helped the Tamil Tiger Terrorists in their propaganda work, relaying messages globally, tracking Tamil dissidents opposed to the LTTE by listening in on telephone conversations and using assassins to kill them at the traced locations). Oslo's involvement in the deal was clear from the taped phone conversations of Ambassador Jon Westborg and LTTE leader Puleedevan.
Rovik has fully documented Norway's help in training the LTTE, supplying them with weapons and Norway's general backing for Tiger separatism in Sri Lanka. These include Oslo's help in forming the Sea Tigers and arranging for the LTTE a visit to Rena – the Norwegian Special Forces Training Camp. There, the visiting Tigers had access to vital information on weapons, tactics and military strategies.
According to Rovik, the list of Norwegian-funded local organizations and individuals include the so-called Peace Secretariat of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, the LTTE front -Tamil Rehabilitation Organization (TRO), the National Peace Council (NPC) and the Centre for Policy Alternatives (CPA) a leading Opposition politician and two Sinhala journalists, one of them a known-UNP sympathizer. Rovik said that the idea of financially helping these journalists was to prevent them from criticizing Norway under any circumstance.
To prove these facts NAT has obtained the payment records from the Norwegian Foreign Affairs and the Oslo Municipality. Some dubious NGOs like TRO being state-registered bodies have helped Oslo to covertly back pro-Tiger operations.
A NAT report - The International Fight Against LTTE dated January 14, 2007 -also reveals huge discrepancies between funds transferred to Sri Lanka from the Bank of Norway and official financial transfers including Norwegian foreign aid to Sri Lanka.
Despite Oslo's attempts to belittle Rovik, a presentation by him at the Sri Lanka United National Association's Special General Meeting held at the North York Civic Centre Auditorium in Toronto was well received by the large gathering of over 300 participants including representatives from Mackenzie Institute, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), CSIS, Toronto Police, Sri Lanka's High Commissioner, Deputy High Commissioner, Consul General and other Sri Lankan community leaders, early, last month.
On October 21, 2004 , WAPS and SPUR jointly delivered a written request to the United Nations requesting the UN to end Norway 's involvement in the peace process here. The charge sheet urged the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee to investigate Norway's alleged violation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1373. This resolution obligates member states to freeze the finances of any group deemed to be terrorists and not to contribute to such groups. The report cited Norway's monetary sponsorship of the LTTE.
Rovik however appealed to the audience not to equate the Norwegian people with the Oslo Government.
"Norwegians, if properly informed, are sympathetic people," he concluded.

Role of Erik Solheim questioned by Norwegian anti-terrorists.

Mr. Erik Solheim who is playing a controversial role as the Norwegian special envoy in facilitating Sri Lanka's peace process claming to end the decay long crises has being seriously questioned by the Norwegians Against Terrorism Organization.
Falk Rovik, Founder of the ‘Norwegians Against Terrorism' explaining the Norwegian contribution for intensification of the LTTE terror movement and the Solheim as a facilitator to the Sri Lanka Government led peace process stated that Erik Solheim was political nobody before the LTTE made him a “world renowned” peace facilitator.
Mr. Rovik in his detailed expression introduced Mr.Solheim as a ‘Tiger Friendly Facilitator' who does not return calls from Norwegian non LTTE Tamil leaders, and who does not participate in Sinhalese and non LTTE Tamil conferences in Oslo.
He described Erik Solheim's role in Oslo with relevant to the Sri Lanka's peace keeping movement is only limited to participating in multiple LTTE memorials, conferences, propaganda and fundraising events.
“Solheim is for many purposes an extended arm of the LTTE, Solheim has ignored non LTTE Tamils and the SL political opposition from day one in his “peace” facilitation,” he added.
The Statement issued by Mr. Solheim highlighting that the LTTE will never be classified as a terrorist organization by Norway was questioned by Mr. Rovik as how he could act in bringing peace to the nation Island.
Quoting Dr. Magnus Ranstorp who is an expert in terrorism and also a Chief Scientist at the Centre for Asymmetric Threat Studies at the Swedish National Defence College Mr. Rovik said that” LTTE is probably the most sophisticated terrorist organization in the world”
In his strong speech Mr. Rovik said that Norway knew LTTE was a terrorist organization prior to the funding starting but it has supported this terrorist's organization to operate without any obstacles in carrying out their destructive maneuvers including the extortion of the Tamil Diaspora, drugs trade, Credit card frauds, Currency forfeiting operations and Cooperation with other terrorist groups and international crime organizations.
Mr.Rovik said that he got credible evidence with him to prove that Norway gives aid to SL organizations favorable to the LTTE and the Norwegian facilitation, Norway give aid to Sri Lankan journalists and journalist organizations and Norway give aid to Sri Lankan politicians.
Tamil Rehabilitation Organization (TRO), with has inter links with the LTTE and as an organization that has being identified by the UN lobby to take stern actions against their activities was described as a fund raiser from the Governments of Norway and Switzerland by Mr. Rovik.
TRO funds are investigated in many countries by several powerful foreign countries. They suspect the TRO has close links with the LTTE and it has diverted funds to purchase weaponry to assist terrorist crimes.
The President of the NAT also stated that LTTE receives funds from various Norwegian NGO's and multiple International NGO's. He said
“Funds raised in the TRO organizations in the Diaspora are allegedly used to fund arms procurement”.
Extracting from the phone tapping he said that these evidences reveals strange practices of the Norwegian Embassy. Describing the Ambassidors role Mr. Rovik stated “It is obvious that the Ambassador is using a dictate from the LTTE as Norwegian policy. With the phrases “Have I understand you correctly” ”Do not use embassy address, use my private address” included in Ambassadors conversions with the LTTE leaders.
Criticizing the Ambassador partial policy as a diplomat Mr. Rovik stressed that Ambassador Jon Westborg was using Norwegian taxpayers' money to pay for LTTE radio transmission equipment.
Pointing at the relationship between the Norwegian military and the LTTE he explained that “Twenty-one Tamil Tigers was invited to the Rena military camp all expenses paid by the Norwegian Foreign office. According to the Norwegian army the Tigers only received information for peaceful use. We think it is strange that Norway gives legitimacy to one of the worst terrorist organisations known to mankind.”
“According to the IPS news service, Norwegian ex-Special Forces have provided military training to the Sea Tigers in Thailand. Over the last decade, Thailand has become a vital interface between the LTTE's terror and its relentless international arms-procurement efforts. "It's a nerve centre," says one intelligence source.
Thailand provides access to several former war zones and their surplus weaponry. It offers excellent communications and a short sea hop to Sri Lanka,” Said President Rovik.
Stating about the US's position on LTTE he reiterated that The US has declared that arms to the LTTE is a threat against the USA! Which was said by the US congressman Scott Garrett: in his statement “The LTTE is a threat to Americans World Wide.”
Talking about the possible measures that can be taken to eliminate the menace of terrorism and the LTTE terrorist who are playing a bloody role to achieve their targets with cruel intentions Mr Rovik explained that Educating the Norwegian police about LTTE schemes, Push for enforcement of terrorism ban, Stop Norway and others who funds the LTTE, Counter LTTE disinformation campaigns.

"Norwegian government strengthened LTTE by funding and giving military assistance"- Norwegian Rivik
(LeN-2007 April 23, 8.00 pm) Founder of the organisation "Norwegians against terrorism" Paul Rovik says the Norwegian government has trained 21 LTTE cadres in its army and several sea tigers were sent for training in Thailand.
A Norwegian by nationality, Addressing a function in Colombo recently Rovik said the Norwegian government has directly and indirectly taken measures to strengthen the LTTE.
He said out of the European countries, it was from Norway that the LTTE was receiving the highest findings adding that the Norwegian finance ministry was also a part of them.
Rovik said the 12,000 Tamil population in Norway was collecting money and involved with propaganda for the LTTE and that the Norwegian government was aware that the LTTE received 10 million Crones from Norway.
He also said that the LTTE was involved with drugs dealing, pass port fraud, smuggling, prostitution and spying within the Norwegian territory. He said the special envoy to Sri Lanka Erick Solheim was also one of them who assist terrorism.
Rovik also made those gathered listen to secret discussions held by the Norwegian ambassador Hans Bradskar with the LTTE leaders.
Norwegian support for terrorism

S L Gunasekera senior Attorney at law and President of the Sinhala Jathika Sangamaya did not mince his words as he veered away somewhat from the topic on which he was down to speak .What was the reason for the hysterical outburst of the Royal [he kept dragging the word] Norwegian government's Foreign Ministry about a symposium by private citizens? he asked.
Could one explain what caused so much excitement leading to letters to Editors, [ circulated worldwide] says the Sunday Times, a third person note to our Ambassador in Oslo, government statements to the BBCs ‘Sandesaya'[fertile ground for anti-Sri Lankan material] protests to the Defence Ministry about a notice appearing the Army website, and a request to stop the seminar.
There was this strange phenomenon where the allegation was made that the speakers would tell lies about Norway, before the event took place. This was part of the huge pre-publicity bout that the symposium on ‘Norwegian support for LTTE terrorism' received via the Norwegian government.
The upcoming seminar had three speakers- the main speaker being the Norwegian Falk Rovik founder member of Norwegians Against Terrorism [NAT], Dr Susantha Goonatilleke and S L Gunasekera. The other organizations sponsoring the seminar were the World Alliance for Peace in Sri Lanka [WAPS} [with 22 affiliated organizations], Sansadaya and SPUR of Australia.
Rovik found himself buffeted in a smear campaign which eventually turned out to be a huge propaganda blitz for him. The Norwegian government said Rovik was a loner putting up a one-man show in NAT, and a criminal, which he denied. All three speakers had one common comment to make. They thanked the Norwegian government and the Colombo embassy for the wide publicity the seminar received. The Mahaweli centre hall overflowed into a hall downstairs and political personalities such as Somawansa Amerasinghe and Wimal Weerawansa of the JVP, Champika Ranawake of the JHU and Hemakumara Nanayakkara were present.
If Rovik's feat was a one man show why all this rumpus, Gunasekera asked. In short Norway denies that she has ever promoted terrorism. Which is what makes Rovik a thorn in the side of the Eric Solheim whom Rovik described as having been a nobody whom the LTTE made into a ‘world renowned' somebody. Besides, Rovik is an enormous embarrassment for the Norwegian government which poses as peace-makers and conflict resolutionists. The long toll that Rovik provided is too long for a newspaper article, but we could look at some of it.
If you support Norway to support the LTTE you are on the gravy train. Names were mentioned. Two journalists were said to have received 20,000 and 28,000 kroner each. A well-known politician 8,400,000 NK = Rs 154,547,046; Lawyers for human rights: 90,000 NK= Rs 1,655,861; Centre for Policy Alternatives 440,000=Rs8,095,321; National Peace Council 2,072,000 NK=Rs38,121,604; Tamil Rehabilitation Organization 15,000,000NK=275,976,869; Tamil Women's organization 2,170,000=29,924,653. Foundation for Co-existence 12 million NK. Norwegian Tamil Health organization 2,170,000=Rs 39,924,653; National Christian Council 75,000NK=1,379,884.
There are secret funds and for what are they used? To manipulate elections or provide additional funds for the LTTE Rovik wondered.
Rovik said there are 12,000 Tamils in Norway, most of them LTTE'rs or its supporters. The diaspora is hacked to the bone to raise funds for the LTTE and the government turns a blind eye. It is an impressive and highly skilled organized network of intelligence, propaganda work, extortion, and criminal activities which use threats and intimidation on Tamils and creams off funds from social and cultural service projects. The LTTE is quite open about fund raising because they have so much government support Rovik revealed.
Norway's denials sound hollow against activities like taking 21 LTTErs on state account to one of the best special military camps at Rena to enable them to watch training and demonstrations, take photographs. Norwegian Special Forces have given military training to Sea Tigers in Thailand at a vital nerve centre. When Christy Reginald Lawrence was caught smuggling powerful weapons, a high powered boat, sonar and a global positioning system a special Norwegian liaison officer was sent to Bangkok and all equipment was taken to Norway.
Norway thinks nothing of glorifying terrorism, says Rovik, by contributing 250,000 kroner towards a film on a Christian Black Tiger woman, made with the help of the Tigers. She disappeared at age12 and graduated to be a romanticized Tiger. It is Norwegian justification of terrorism. A picture was shown of Norwegian Ministers participating at Tiger memorials and fund raising events. There was Prime Minister Stoltenberg, Finance Minister Kristin Halvorsen, Education Minister Kristin Clement,and even Justice Minister O E Dorum from this land of impartial facilitators and peaceniks.
Rovik thinks that Sri Lankans who have suffered damage under LTTE terrorism could sue Norway for compensation as in the case of the Lokerbie disaster when families of victims successfully sued Libya. Norway knew that the Tigers were terrorists when they started supporting and funding them. Despite huge increases in LTTE atrocities Norway continued to increase funding and neglected to stop fund raising in Norway. According to Karuna the Norwegian Embassy in Colombo is the paymaster.
Please do not equate the Norwegian people with the Norwegian government, Rovik appealed. They are not well informed about what is happening and they have to be educated he said.
The credit card fraud is very much in the news now and the British have woken up to it. In Norway 5.3 million kroner have been stolen through stolen credit cards and is nowhere to be found. It has been done with co-operation between the LTTE, the mafia and the underworld. It has spread its tentacles worldwide to the UK, Lebanon, Kenya, Canada, and Sweden. One cadre who was arrested had with him 5000 credit cards. In one pizza joint one dinner cost them 65,000 korner! The crime network is huge and Norway has rewarded these criminals with tax payers' money, Rovik said.
Want a passport? You could get a Norwegian passport through the LTTE. In this land of great protection for all LTTE crime charges are played down. The District Attorney did his best to soften the sentences for the suspects, Heeman Nyhusmoen a police officer and Mike Daniel Jeya who were caught in the passport robbery.. The National Crime Investigation Service says that only 95,000 passports have gone missing. This figure is put at 132,294 by Ronald K Noble of Interpol.
Solheim does not return calls of non-LTTE leaders or to the Sinhalese but participates in LTTE conferences, memorials etc. In a Norwegian newspaper ‘Dagsavisen' he said on Sept 11 2006 that the LTTE would never by classified as a terrorist organization in Norway. But when asked he defined terrorism as ‘planned attacks on citizens.'
The Tigers effective spin is faltering said Rovik. The LTTE has been banned in many countries, though not effectively enforced. Its members and supporters have been arrested for arms rackets money laundering and bribes. NAT has a variety of documents, affidavits and evidence on LTTE crimes and it is tracing more and more information, he said.
This is Norway's new imperialism, said Dr Susantha Goonatillake. Norway is attempting to be a proxy master here, he said. This interference was seen in our internal affairs in the 1990s when Jon Westborg then head of Red Barna helped settle thousands of estate Tamils in the Wanni, who now provide the core of LTTE cadres.
It is quite evident that Norway tries to manipulate the public, politicians, institutions and political structures through heavy funding of NGOs.It is easy to establish links between the Peace Corps, Norway, the LTTE and Tiger Fronts, he explained. He spoke of the activities of several of these NGOs – Young Asia which does some good programs but is found to be talking of two flags, two national anthems.
He analyzed the attempt at a comprehensive infiltration of power structures, the state, intelligence services, the military, business, media, and religious organizations by these NGOs funded by Norway. He went into the activities of NGOs such as International Alert, National Peace Council, and Foundation for co-existence etc. Details too long to be recorded here could be found in his book ‘Recolonisation –Foreign –funded NGOs in Sri Lanka' the publication of which one NGO activist tried to stop.
The National Peace Council described as a war front for propaganda is shown for its strange stands on war and peace. Jehan Perera chief spokesman for the NPC called on the country to cow down to India during the IPKF incursion. He has talked of ‘shared sovereignty' and ‘two near states'. Kumar Rupasinghe of International Alert called on the army to halt its campaign to take over Jaffna and requested the UN to intervene. Berghoff Foundation another interloping foreign NGO has attempted to interfere with the very shape of the Sri Lankan state, downsize the army, remake the Air force and bring it under foreign control, says Goonatillake. Suggesting security sector reform Berghoff advocates 'demilitarization, demobilization and disarmament' for Sri Lanka. Lie down and die, that's it.
‘Right size the political and economic role of the military', says Berghoff and it has been contemplating a restructuring of the Sri Lanka state through an interim arrangement which it designs to execute through a small group of NGOs! Which is why one should have a look at the Norwegian constitution, which Goonatillake advocated some time ago we should imitate for it characteristics, which are condemned now in this country as anti-multi-culturism and feudal.
The Norwegian Constitution lays down the Evangelist Lutherean religion as the state religion. The King who holds executive power must be of that religion and he must uphold and protect that religion. The majority of members of the Kings Council must be of that sect. Any foreign organization can interfere in the internal affairs of the state only if it receives three fourths approval from Parliament. Until recently Sami [Lapp] children were discouraged from learning their language and the Sami Language is banned in church, records Goonatillake in his book
Sri Lanka is often criticized for giving Buddhism the ‘foremost position' under the Constitution, by the very acolytes who sing hosannas for Norway.
Sri Lanka gets a pittance as aid from Norway said some speakers. We should refuse to take aid from Norway, they advised.

Govt. tells Brattskar to postpone visit

Yesterday's much anticipated meeting between the LTTE and Norwegian Ambassador Hans Brattskar was postponed on the insistence of the government which cited “security reasons.”
LTTE military wing spokesman Rasiah Illentheriyan confirmed that the scheduled meeting did not take place but was not willing to comment on the possible reasons behind the postponement.
“The meeting did not take place as scheduled. Norway will let the media know why it was postponed,” Mr. Illentheriyan told the Daily Mirror.
The Norwegain embassy said it was informed by the government on Sunday evening to postpone the scheduled visit to Kilinochchi owing to security reasons.
“There is no fresh date as yet. We will wait and see,” Embassy spokesman Eric Neurenburg told the Daily Mirror.
The pro LTTE Nitharsanam website said there was a feeling the meeting was called off by the government as the LTTE had expressed willingness to resume negotiations if the CFA is implemented, a condition the government was not willing to consider in view of the recent military victories.
Norwegian ambassadors Kilinochchi visit halted by Govt.

Today's scheduled visit of Norwegian ambassador Hans Bradskkar to Kilinochchi was cancelled due to security reasons.
Speaking to 'LeN' Norwegian embassy spokesperson Erik Nuremberg said that the government informed the embassy last evening that they shouldn't leave to Kilinochchi due to security reasons. Bradskkar was scheduled to hold discussions with the LTTE leadership at the LTTE peace secretariat.
However Bradskkar told the media that the visit was a routine one and comes in the wake of a meeting that took place between him and head of government peace delegation minister Nimal Siripala de Silva.
Norway government covertly support Tiger terrorists – Falk Rovik

A Norwegian and a human rights activist Mr. Falk Rovik addressing a seminar held at the Mahaweli Auditorium in Colombo on 20.04.2007 said that the Norwegian government has given material, financial and all other forms of support to the Tamil Tiger organization.
This seminar was jointly organized by world Alliance for peace in Sri Lanka. Sansadaya and Norwegians against terrorism.
Mr. Rovik added that legal action would be taken against Norwegian government for abetting and supporting at terrorist organization for carrying out acts of terrorism against a sovereign state, which is a serious offence.
He accuses that many Norwegian government bodies like municipal councils and ministers including Eric Solheim have thus extended support to terrorists and they have spent tax payments by civilians in Norway to promote terrorism.
He noted that if Sri Lanka people can, communicate their genuine views to the people of Norway, they will expel governments that support terrorism and extend their friendship to the Sri Lankan people.

Mr. Falk Rovik, Founder, Norwegians Against Terrorism will be the keynote speaker at a public seminar scheduled to be held in Colombo on April 20th, 2007. This seminar held under the theme “Norwegian support for LTTE terrorism” is organized by World Alliance for Peace in Sri Lanka (WAPS), Sansadaya and Norwegians Against Terrorism (NAT).
The Norwegian government has been reluctant to take action against the Tamil Tiger agents violating Norwegian and international laws. Rovik has exposed the impunity enjoyed by the Tamil Tiger operators in Norway. He has documented a raft of Norwegian policies and programmes ranging from providing Norwegian passports to agents of Tamil Tigers to operate in western countries to the funding of military training and hardware supplied to the Tamil Tiger cadres.
Dr. Susantha Goonatilake, one of Sri Lanka's leading anthropologists, will deliver a paper – “Norwegian Funded Agents in Sri Lanka”. And S.L. Gunasekera, eminent lawyer who had participated in peace negotiations with the Tigers and author of several books on Tamil Tiger terrorism in Sri Lanka will deliver his paper on “Implications of Norwegian Interference for Sri Lankan Sovereignty”
Norway admits tiger terrorist in their special Force camps

Roy Pres, head of communication section of Norwegian Foreign Ministry, has admitted that a group of political bureau of the tiger organization visited ‘Rena', the Special Force camp of Norwegian military.
The head of the communication centre making a statement from Oslo has said the tiger terrorits' visit was to get an understanding regarding the peace activities the Norwegian Government was carrying on throughout the world.
However, Norwegians Against Terrorism (NAT) says Norwegian Government made available millions of Crones to tiger terrorists violating all regulations of Norway. Mr. Falk Rovik, Head of NAT says NORAD, an institute of Norwegian Government has donated large sums of money to tiger terrorists. He says the statement of the Norwegian Government that tigers were taken to Special Forces camp to talk about peace was an utter lie.
Mr. Rovik says the Special Forces camps in Norway were established to conduct special operations in Kosova and Afghanistan. He ridicules the claim by Norwegian Foreign Ministry saying in no country peace lessons are given in camps of Special Forces. He points out that Norwegian Foreign Ministry is trying to hoodwink Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan government.

Norwegians Against Terrorism movement is preparing to take legal action against Norwegian Government for making available large funds to tiger terrorist organization.
Mr. Falk Rovik, head of NAT movement said there was evidence that Norwegian Government has donated Rs.329 million to tiger organization and Tamil Rehabilitation Organization (TRO) which is a front organization of the tiger terrorists.
According to the latest report of NAT retired Norwegian military leaders including instructors from Norwegian Special Forces have given armed training and other military know-how to tiger terrorists. Sea tigers have been trained regarding under sea operations and the use of explosives by Norwegian military instructors in Tarang state in Thailand.
According to the report certain Norwegian local councils too have made available funds for tiger organization to carry out their terror campaigns.
